About the position

Responsibilities

• Drive strong performance of the team by selling profitable sprinkler work from new installs to inspections.
• Manage the profit and loss of the sprinkler work for the north central financials.
• Determine annual sales goals for the region.
• Oversee acquisition and overall execution of sprinkler projects.
• Mentor and grow Ahern's contract business.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a construction type sales/project management role in a related field.
• Post-secondary education in a related program or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience managing financial results is preferred.
• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to execute tasks with a great amount of detail.
