About the position

As a member of Cushing Terrell, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to designing innovative HVAC and plumbing systems for retail clients. This role emphasizes collaboration and creativity, contributing to the development of built environments that enhance community well-being. You will leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver high-quality mechanical designs while working in a flexible environment that supports both in-office and remote work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC and/or Plumbing systems for retail clients.
• Conduct site verifications and field surveys as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and designers.
• Deliver high-quality, technically excellent mechanical designs.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in HVAC and/or Plumbing design.
• Proficient in Revit building information modeling software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software products.
• Self-motivated with a strong initiative to deliver high-quality designs.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Retail grocery HVAC or Plumbing design experience.
