Responsibilities
- Design ductwork, piping, and HVAC systems for commercial and hospitality projects.
- Develop layouts in AutoCAD for electrical circuits and systems for power distribution and mechanical systems.
- Perform local site surveys of mechanical and electrical layouts.
- Mark up current floor plans.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in MEP drafting.
- Experience drafting and designing ductwork and piping systems.
- Experience developing layouts in AutoCAD for electrical circuits and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Minimum of a CAD certificate.
