About the position

The MEP Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects from initiation through completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while leading the MEP design process and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for communication between clients, architects, general contractors, and engineers, and will conduct on-site inspections to verify that design and installation meet project requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of MEP projects from initiation through completion.
  • Lead and supervise the MEP design process, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for communication between clients, architects, general contractors, and engineers.
  • Perform on-site inspections to gather data on existing MEP systems and verify that design and installation meet project requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of engineering design and project management experience across various sectors including commercial, industrial, education, and healthcare facilities.
  • MEP experience, with a strong emphasis on the Mechanical side.
  • Client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
