Responsibilities

  • Design and engineer HVAC systems for new installations, system retrofits, system replacement, and system upgrades
  • Be the point of contact on complex projects
  • Collaborate with Director of Operations on resource management for assigned projects
  • Experience compiling and writing fee proposals, project interviews
  • Responsible for managing scope, schedule and budget of assigned projects
  • Effectively coordinate schedules for all disciplines
  • Participate in project kickoff meeting
  • Consulting responsibilities including participation in due diligence, energy studies, and feasibility reports
  • Represent Introba by attending meetings and presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Professional Engineer license strongly preferred
  • 5+ years significant project experience with an emphasis on healthcare design projects
  • Healthcare experience required such as hospital renovation, imaging equipment, office design including HVAC design
  • Existing and new construction experience
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency in several of our mechanical focus areas: central chilled water & boiler plants, large air handling systems, data centers and critical facilities, energy modeling and cost benefit analysis, steam and hydronic distribution systems, building energy management systems, ASHRAE standards and guidelines.
