Responsibilities

• Work with customers on-site to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Perform field service tasks, identifying technical issues and conducting analysis remotely or on-site.
• Prepare material lists for service activities, ensuring availability and quality of materials and equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment/process failures and recommend proactive corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical.
• 5+ years of related experience with industrial systems.
• Knowledge of mine hoist systems is a definite asset.
• Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and brake control systems.
• Understanding of industrial cooling systems.
• Experience with AutoCad and SolidWorks 3D modeling is an asset.
• Experience in the Mining Industry is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplined service environment under pressure.
• Valid passport and driver's license.
• Ability to work in Canada, the United States, and Mexico as required.
