About the position

The Mechanical Engineer (PE) position involves overseeing and producing construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings while ensuring compliance with design standards, project requirements, and applicable codes. The role requires strong attention to detail and effective time management skills to meet deadlines and resolve engineering anomalies.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and producing construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Ensuring construction plans and specifications meet design standards and project/client requirements.
• Resolving engineering anomalies in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office programs, and BIM/Revit.
• Understanding of MEP systems and thorough knowledge of building-related Mechanical/HVAC systems.
• Previous experience in commercial building design.
• Degree from an accredited Engineering program.
• Minimum of 10 years of directly relevant experience.
• PE Licensure / NCEES preferred.
