Responsibilities

• Utilize space standard thermal analysis tools such as Thermal Desktop for modeling and analysis.
• Apply heat transfer principles to practical applications in thermal systems.
• Handle complex thermal challenges effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Experience with space standard thermal analysis tools such as Thermal Desktop.
• Deep understanding of heat transfer principles and their practical applications.
• Relevant knowledge and experience in spacecraft thermal systems.
• Proficiency with standard thermal analysis tools for accurate modeling and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of finite element modeling and thermal protection materials.
• Experience with spacecraft component thermal vacuum testing, including test procedure development and instrumentation definition.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
