About the position

This position is responsible for supporting projects by learning Goodyear systems and collaborating with more experienced personnel. The incumbent will seek solutions to technical problems, conduct assigned tasks, and demonstrate an entry-level understanding of the required knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science/Technology/Engineering/Math.
• 0-3 years experience required.
• Learn and apply new skills from knowledge gained through additional education/experience/training.
• Learn functional relationship of assigned organization.
• Develop awareness and pursuit of experiences on cross-functional assignments, projects, plant assignments, and other divisional positions available for self-development.
