Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to identify and address areas to improve efficiency and benchmark with industry best practices.
  • Critically review specific processes and proactively recommend opportunities for improvement.
  • Use specialized equipment and instrumentation accurately with limited supervision.
  • Develop tools and models to improve tracking and efficiency.
  • Learn continuous improvement methodologies (i.e., PPI, Six Sigma) and promote improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other functions including program management, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and finance to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate student completing an Engineering-related degree between December 2025 and June 2026.
  • 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred.
  • Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
