About the position

The General Manager will oversee the daily management of people and processes, ensuring success across financial, operational, sales, and administrative areas. This leader will focus on building a strong leadership team capable of effectively communicating departmental goals and driving results, while fostering collaborative relationships with both internal teams and external partners, upholding core values such as integrity, discipline, transparency, mutual respect, trust, teamwork, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team that communicates and executes departmental visions.
• Build strong partnerships across teams and with external stakeholders.
• Serve as a role model, embodying the company's values in all actions.
• Collaborate with Raleigh construction, particularly the VP of Healthcare, to pursue construction opportunities.
• Assist in the recruitment and development of a skilled labor force.
• Provide oversight and support for project scheduling and labor forecasting.
• Maintain open communication with the Raleigh construction team to align on new and timely project opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the construction or HVAC industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen and operational management skills.
