This position is ideal for an Engineer in Training (EIT) with a background in HVAC and plumbing. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with mechanical designs across various projects within the company, collaborating closely with a diverse group of engineers and project managers. The role demands strong communication skills and proficiency in computer applications, as the engineer will be expected to contribute effectively from day one. The Mechanical HVAC/P Engineer will be responsible for the design of HVAC and plumbing systems, primarily serving clients throughout the Upper Midwest. This position requires the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Assist with mechanical designs for HVAC and plumbing systems.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing.
- EIT License is a plus; ability to become PE is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or related engineering field.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
