Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical insulation projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare accurate estimates for mechanical insulation projects using On-Screen Takeoff/QuickBid or equivalent software.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals in the mechanical insulation field.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in commercial mechanical insulation as a Project Manager or Estimator.
- Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff/QuickBid or equivalent software.
- Strong background in diverse commercial projects.
- Self-motivated attitude with a teachable and coachable spirit.
