About the position

The Mechanical Operations Manager at Stars and Strikes Bowling Entertainment Center is responsible for overseeing the technical integrity and maintenance of the facility's mechanical systems, including lanes, pinsetters, and scoring equipment. This role requires a focus on guest service, compliance with safety regulations, and effective management of staff and operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service to all guests
• Maintain compliance with all company protocols, policies, and procedures
• Schedule and supervise mechanics and clean team
• Perform building and mechanical checklists at scheduled times and make repairs as needed
• Interview, train, develop and evaluate team members
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment throughout the facility
• Work with/build relationships with our vendors
• Replace/change HVAC filters
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• Experience in electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
