About The Position
The Plant Operator position is responsible for monitoring and operating the Building Automation Systems (BAS) for the Building Authority properties. This role involves managing work orders through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with repairs and replacements of building equipment. The operator must comply with safety procedures and policies while working both independently and as part of a team.
