About the position

The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee and coordinate mechanical construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines. Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.

• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid for project tracking and reporting.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare detailed construction estimates and budgets for projects.
• Review contracts and manage contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement best practices in project coordination to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Proficiency in construction management software (ProCore, HeavyBid) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety protocols.
