About the position

The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee and deliver exceptional results for various projects, including schools, government, healthcare, industrial, and commercial buildings. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver exceptional results for mechanical projects.
• Develop, establish, and administer procedures and systems for team management.
• Prepare workload, sales forecasts, and team resources/schedule for administrative and managerial functions.
• Work with Project Team Leads to review project proposals and contracts.
• Serve as the principal liaison with clients and project stakeholders.
• Mentor staff in all phases of the design process and recommend training requirements to HR.
• Implement programs to improve service quality and minimize costs.
• Engage team members in quality assurance and control programs.

Requirements

• 5 years of mechanical project management experience.
• Knowledge and experience with piping for mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Project budgeting skills.
• Organized with exceptional prioritization skills.
• Time management skills to complete commitments accurately and timely.

Nice-to-haves

• HVAC experience.
• Experience and knowledge with piping for mechanical and/or plumbing systems.
