About the position

The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee the platform program roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of product development elements while collaborating with business and strategic partners. This role requires a strong engineering background and project management experience, particularly in injection molding and medical devices, to drive projects from development to market.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall platform program roadmap for product development.
• Collaborate with multiple departments including Quality, R&D, and Operations.
• Assess risks, chart milestones, create roadmaps, and manage budgets.
• Interpret drawings and implement best practices in development processes.
• Drive the project from development to market.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with project management experience.
• Expertise in injection molding, medical devices, FDA regulations, and design control.
• 1 year of project management experience (required).
• 4 years of mechanical engineering experience (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in plastics injection molding (required).
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Benefits
