Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and strategies to achieve company goals. Lead Design Build & Planned Maintenance sales and marketing efforts to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base. Deliver complete Design Build solutions for commercial HVAC or Refrigeration projects. Manage and optimize operational processes to enhance productivity, quality, and customer service. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies. Monitor financial performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to drive profitability and operational excellence. Requirements for the General Manager Mechanical Service position includes: : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration trade. Previous commercial general manager or operations manager leadership role is preferred. At least 3-4 years previous commercial HVAC/Refrigeration "new construction" or "ground-up" construction project management experience is required. Senior Commercial Mechanical Project Managers looking to move into the office in a GM role are encouraged to apply. Proven experience in commercial HVAC and/or Refrigeration Design Build projects is a plus. Strong track record of driving business growth, managing P&L, and achieving financial targets. Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration systems, installation, maintenance, service, technologies, and industry trends. Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and analysis. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
