About the position

The Mechanical Systems Engineer is responsible for developing complex and innovative mechanical systems related to advanced 3D HI processes. This role involves managing research projects, designing and testing equipment systems, and coordinating the procurement of necessary equipment and sub-systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages research projects, including defining and tracking project goals and milestones and supervising the work of research team members.
• Designs, fabricates, assembles, and tests equipment systems.
• Researches and coordinates the procurement of various equipment and sub-systems.
• Compiles reports on costs and inventory levels.

Requirements

• Three plus years of Semiconductor professional experience in mechanical design or engineering.
• Experience in precision machine design, mechatronics, robotics, or optomechanical engineering.
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Master's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, robotics, controls, precision systems engineering, or other relevant disciplines.

Nice-to-haves
