Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical repairs on trailers and equipment, including basic repairs like brake work and oil changes.
- Handle smaller repair jobs and basic welding and fitting tasks.
- Send complex jobs to a 3rd-party specialist for handling.
- Lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and stooping.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of mechanical and welding experience (no certifications required).
- Basic knowledge of welding and fitting—ability to handle basic welding and mechanical tasks.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Flexibility to be on-call as needed.
