The Mechanically Inclined Problem Solver - Field Service position at Assured Security involves installing and servicing doors, door hardware, and locks. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot doors, door hardware, locks, etc.
• Perform Lock & Door service, which may include rekeying locks.
• Install commercial locks and door hardware.
• Install and service electro/mechanical door hardware.
• Manage daily schedule and work with customers directly to best accommodate their requests.
• Use initiative and accountability to service accounts by providing high-quality security solutions.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of previous work experience.
• Enjoys hands-on work and has a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Good problem-solving and logic skills.
• Polished communication and customer service skills.
• Customer-first attitude.
• Comfortable working autonomously and/or as part of a team.
• Ability to organize/plan daily time.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and DMV record check.
• HS Diploma.
