About the position
The Marketing Associate at Glo & Glam - Medspa and Skincare is a creative and driven individual responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at increasing client engagement and enhancing brand presence. This role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty and wellness, looking to contribute fresh ideas to support the growth of the MedSpa.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing.
- Manage and update social media accounts with engaging, on-brand content.
- Develop and maintain promotional materials, newsletters, and other client communication.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute events and in-clinic promotions.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Help create new and exciting member benefits.
- Support day-to-day marketing activities and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty, wellness, or healthcare.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate original ideas for campaigns and promotions.
- Familiarity with basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
