The Patient Care Coordinator at New Radiance Cosmetic Center Wellington plays a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for patients from their first interaction to their last. This position involves collaborating with the practice manager to enhance client engagement through marketing and events, while also promoting aesthetic treatments and products. The coordinator is expected to deliver exceptional customer service, educate patients about services, and contribute to the growth of the business through effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Create a positive first and last impression with patients.
- Collaborate with the practice manager to build clientele through marketing, social media, and events.
- Promote products, procedures, and services through education and patient outreach.
- Achieve business growth through sales of treatments, procedures, and products.
- Implement strategic plans that meet customer needs.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments such as facials, toxins, fillers, IPL, lasers, and skin care products.
- Prior experience in aesthetics or a healthcare role with EMR knowledge is preferred.
- Strong assessment skills to evaluate patients' cosmetic treatment plans.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
