About the position

Evolve Med Spa is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Manager to lead the operations of our new Scarsdale, NY location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth clinic operations, creating exceptional customer experiences, managing appointments, and retaining customers. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of achieving business goals and building relationships with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the success of sales at the clinic and support the clinical team.
• Oversee the organization and operation of the administrative area, ensuring proper completion of all administrative duties.
• Accountable for achieving net income and gross sales revenue as per the annual budget plan.
• Maintain adherence to all clinical policies, procedures, and standards as directed in the Clinical Training Manual.
• Ensure the overall operation of the clinic, client satisfaction, and employee well-being.
• Perform other reasonable duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent working experience preferred.
• 3-4 years of background in aesthetics, hotel, restaurant, or service-related industries.
• 1-2 years of sales experience.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Exceptional customer service and rapport-building skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving and time management skills.
