About the position

The Logistics Warehouse Manager at KBR is responsible for overseeing the overall function of the warehouse department, ensuring efficient management of materials and resources in support of construction and maintenance activities for the Diplomatic Platform Support Services program. This role involves planning, inventory management, and adherence to operating policies, while also developing employee skills and managing the budget.

Responsibilities

• Receives, checks in, and issues materials in support of construction and maintenance activities.
• Responsible for warehouse layout planning and establishment of document files.
• Prepares required documents and reports.
• Maintains inventories and completes records.
• Ensures proper planning, receipt, storage, and issue of all project material.
• Controls project furnished small tools and third party rentals.
• Analyzes and advises employees of operating policies and procedures.
• Accountable for budget and develops employees and their skills.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience (10 years) in lieu of degree.
• Must be medically fit and willing to travel CONUS and OCONUS.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must possess a passport book with at least 13 months of remaining validity and 6 blank visa/stamp pages.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Must currently possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Government issued Secret security clearance or a favorable USG Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT).
• Must maintain eligibility at the required clearance or certification level for the duration of the task order.
