About the position

The Logistics Warehouse Manager at KBR is responsible for overseeing the logistics and warehouse operations in support of medical services provided to the Department of State. This role involves managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, ensuring efficient warehouse layout and inventory management, and developing team members' skills. The position requires a strong focus on budget management and adherence to operational policies, with a significant impact on the business's viability.

Responsibilities

• Receives, checks in, and issues materials in support of construction and maintenance activities.
• Responsible for warehouse layout planning and establishment of document files.
• Prepares required documents and reports related to warehouse operations.
• Maintains inventories and completes records accurately.
• Ensures proper planning, receipt, storage, and issue of all project material.
• Controls project furnished small tools and third-party rentals.
• Analyzes and advises employees on operating policies and procedures.
• Accountable for budget management and employee development.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
• 10 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management.
• Must be medically fit and willing to travel CONUS and OCONUS.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical activities as required.
• Must possess a valid passport book with at least 13 months of remaining validity and 6 blank visa/stamp pages.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.
• Must currently possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Government issued Secret security clearance.
