About the position

The Logistics Warehouse Manager at KBR is responsible for overseeing the logistics and operational functions of the warehouse, ensuring efficient management of materials and resources in support of construction and maintenance activities for the Department of State's medical support services. This role involves planning, inventory management, and compliance with safety and operational policies, while also contributing to the development of team members' skills and maintaining budget accountability.

Responsibilities

• Receives, checks in, and issues materials in support of construction and maintenance activities.
• Responsible for warehouse layout planning, establishment of document files, preparation of required documents and reports.
• Maintains inventories and completes records.
• Ensures proper planning, receipt, storage, and issue of all project material and the control of project furnished small tools and third party rentals.
• Analyzes and advises employees of operating policies and procedures.
• Accountable for budget and develops employees and their skills.
• Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, and business strategies.
• Job role has an impact on the business viability through personal contributions.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience (10 years) in lieu of degree.
• Must be medically fit and willing to travel CONUS and OCONUS.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must possess a passport book with at least 13 months of remaining validity and 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
• Must meet CENTCOM MOD (Fit for Duty) theater requirements.
• Must currently possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Government (USG) issued Secret security clearance and/or a favorable USG Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT).
