About the position

The Logistics Warehouse Manager at KBR is responsible for overseeing the logistics and warehouse operations in support of medical support services for the Department of State. This role involves managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, ensuring efficient warehouse layout and inventory management, and developing team members' skills. The position requires a strong understanding of operating policies and procedures, as well as accountability for budget management and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Receives, checks in, and issues materials in support of construction and maintenance activities.
• Responsible for warehouse layout planning, establishment of document files, preparation of required documents and reports.
• Maintains inventories and completes records.
• Ensures proper planning, receipt, storage, and issue of all project material and the control of project furnished small tools and third party rentals.
• Analyzes and advises employees of operating policies and procedures.
• Accountable for budget and develops employees and their skills.
• Guided by policies, procedures, and business strategies to make decisions that impact business viability.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience (10 years) in lieu of degree.
• Must be medically fit and willing to travel CONUS and OCONUS.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Possess a passport book with at least 13 months of remaining validity and 6 blank visa/stamp pages.
• Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Meet CENTCOM MOD (Fit for Duty) theater requirements.
• Must currently possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Government (USG) issued Secret security clearance or a favorable USG Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT).
