About the position

The Logistics Warehouse Manager at KBR is responsible for overseeing the overall function of the warehouse department, ensuring efficient management of materials in support of construction and maintenance activities. This role involves planning warehouse layout, maintaining inventories, and ensuring compliance with operating policies and procedures. The position requires strong leadership skills to develop employees and manage budgets effectively, contributing to the business's viability through personal contributions.

Responsibilities

• Receives, checks in, and issues materials in support of construction and maintenance activities.
• Responsible for warehouse layout planning and establishment of document files.
• Prepares required documents and reports.
• Maintains inventories and completes records.
• Ensures proper planning, receipt, storage, and issue of all project material.
• Controls project furnished small tools and third-party rentals.
• Analyzes and advises employees of operating policies and procedures.
• Accountable for budget and develops employees and their skills.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
• 10 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management.
• Must be medically fit and willing to travel CONUS and OCONUS.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must possess a passport book with at least 13 months of remaining validity and 6 blank visa/stamp pages.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Must currently possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Government issued Secret security clearance or a favorable USG Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT).
