About the position

The Logistics Warehouse Manager at KBR is responsible for overseeing the overall function of the logistics department, ensuring efficient management of materials and resources in support of construction and maintenance activities for the Diplomatic Platform Support Services program. This role involves planning, inventory management, and adherence to operating policies, while also developing team members' skills and managing the budget.

Responsibilities

• Receives, checks in, and issues materials in support of construction and maintenance activities.
• Responsible for warehouse layout planning, establishment of document files, preparation of required documents and reports.
• Maintains inventories and completes records.
• Ensures proper planning, receipt, storage, and issue of all project material and the control of project furnished small tools and third party rentals.
• Analyzes and advises employees of operating policies and procedures.
• Accountable for budget and develops employees and their skills.
• Guided by policies, procedures, and business strategies, makes decisions impacting business viability.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience (10 years) in lieu of degree.
• Must be medically fit and willing to travel CONUS and OCONUS.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Possess a passport book with at least 13 months of remaining validity and 6 blank visa/stamp pages.
• Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Meet CENTCOM MOD (Fit for Duty) theater requirements.
• Must currently possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Government (USG) issued Secret security clearance or a favorable USG Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT).
