About the position

The Logistics Warehouse Manager at KBR is responsible for overseeing the overall function of the warehouse department, ensuring efficient management of materials and resources in support of construction and maintenance activities for the Diplomatic Platform Support Services program. This role involves planning, inventory management, and adherence to operating policies, with a focus on developing employee skills and maintaining budget accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Receives, checks in, and issues materials in support of construction and maintenance activities.
  • Responsible for warehouse layout planning and establishment of document files.
  • Prepares required documents and reports, maintaining inventories and completing records.
  • Ensures proper planning, receipt, storage, and issue of all project material.
  • Controls project furnished small tools and third-party rentals.
  • Analyzes and advises employees on operating policies and procedures.
  • Accountable for budget management and employee development.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience (10 years) in lieu of degree.
  • Must be medically fit and willing to travel CONUS and OCONUS.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical activities as required.
  • Must possess a passport book with at least 13 months of remaining validity and 6 blank visa/stamp pages.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Must currently possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Government issued Secret security clearance or favorable USG Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT).
