About the position
The Training Manager at KBR is responsible for overseeing the training needs and delivery within the Diplomatic Platform Support Services (DiPSS) program, which provides medical support services for the Department of State. This role involves identifying training requirements, formulating policies, and leading a team to achieve functional objectives.
Responsibilities
- Identifies specific training needs based on project processes, changes, and other factors.
- Formulates training policies and schedules, utilizing knowledge of identified training needs.
- Manages the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to team members.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree and 9+ years of experience in a related field.
- Must be medically fit and willing to travel CONUS and OCONUS.
- Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical activities as required.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current U.S. Driver's License.
- Possess a passport book with at least 13 months of remaining validity and 6 blank visa/stamp pages.
- Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
- Meet CENTCOM MOD (Fit for Duty) theater requirements.
- Possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Government issued Secret security clearance or favorable USG Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT).
