About the position

The Med Tech position at The Club at Bartow is a part-time, PRN role focused on assisting the Wellness Director in implementing and coordinating resident care services. The role involves monitoring medication management, providing personal care, and ensuring the safety and well-being of residents in a senior living community.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Wellness Director with the overall implementation and coordination of resident care services.
• Monitor the medication management program and provide timely med passes to residents according to dispensing orders.
• Coordinate the management and provision of medication.
• Perform health services under the supervision of the registered nurse.
• Conduct routine measurements and assist with laundry.
• Evacuate residents in cases of fire/safety and emergency situations.
• Assist with fire drills and complete other related tasks as assigned.
• Perform all personal care tasks including laundry and serving food.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living to all residents.

Requirements

• Current hands-on CPR Certification.
• Valid CNA license.
• Clear background screening.
• Reliable transportation.
