Help residents live their life to the fullest by providing direct patient care-assisting with personal care based on individual resident needs, including hygiene, bathing, oral care, skin/nail care, hand washing, shaving, dressing, bed making, walking, exercising, mobility, and ambulation. Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information and assure residents' rights and privacy are protected at all times.
