About the position

The Media Buyer Affiliate Coordinator at Strikepoint is responsible for managing clients' email marketing programs and coordinating email advertising campaigns to drive revenue. This role involves managing affiliate relationships, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring effective communication across teams. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data analysis and budget management, with a strong focus on email and affiliate marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Excel in Spreadsheet Management: Use Google Sheets extensively for tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and managing budgets.
  • Coordinate Email Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the setup, execution, and optimization of email advertising campaigns to maximize client revenue.
  • Affiliate Relationship Management: Assist with onboarding new affiliates, providing ongoing support, updates, and resolving any issues to maintain strong partnerships.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign and affiliate program performance data, identifying trends and areas for optimization.
  • Budget & Pacing Management: Aggressively monitor and manage media budgets and pacing to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Relay key details and updates effectively in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Technical Integration: Oversee the setup and trafficking of email ads, ensuring all links, pixels, and HTML tags are correctly integrated and functioning.
  • Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with the digital media team to develop and implement new affiliate marketing initiatives and strategies.
  • Offer and Creative Evaluation: Assist in evaluating campaign offers and creative assets to ensure they meet performance standards.

Requirements

  • Affiliate Marketing Experience: 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably with a focus on email marketing.
  • Google Sheets Proficiency: Must be highly skilled and comfortable using Google Sheets for data analysis and management.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, relaying key details to various stakeholders.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Technical Marketing Proficiency: Higher proficiency in technical marketing aspects, such as integrations with tools like Zapier, ClickFunnels, etc.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently, especially related to technical and campaign issues.
  • Media Buying Experience: Previous experience in media buying and familiarity with budget and pacing management.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, particularly with managing multiple URLs, pixels, and campaign tags.
  • HTML/JS Knowledge: Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Everflow Experience: Hands-on experience with affiliate management platforms like Everflow is highly desired.
  • Experience Evaluating Offers & Creativity: Ability to critically assess the quality of offers and creative assets used in campaigns.
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing Channels: Familiarity with other digital marketing channels, such as social media and paid search.
