Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to reach target audiences effectively.
• Manage budgets, monitor costs, and track ROI for campaigns.
• Scale campaigns to maximize performance while maintaining optimal ROAS.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure smooth campaign execution from conception to launch.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends and audience behavior.
• Analyze competitor ads to refine strategies for better effectiveness.
• Optimize campaigns continuously for improved conversion rates.
• Present performance data through clear and insightful reports.
• Contribute to the company culture by bringing fresh ideas and a collaborative spirit.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Meta budgets of $100,000 monthly.
• At least 2+ years of media buying experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot trends in data.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software platforms for media buying.
• Passion for marketing and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies.
