About the position

The Lead Generation Specialist / Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing lead generation strategies and campaigns. This role focuses on driving high-quality traffic to sales funnels and collaborating with a small, energetic team to achieve marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales funnel mechanics and the ability to independently drive campaigns from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Google, and other lead generation platforms.
  • Work with the team to create and refine sales funnels to maximize conversions and drive traffic to landing pages.
  • Book sales calls for the media agency's team.
  • Lead and collaborate with a team of copywriters, designers, and other marketers to ensure a consistent flow of leads.
  • Project manage and oversee campaign execution, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation and campaign management.
  • Proficiency with Facebook Ads and Google Ads and familiarity with other lead generation tools.
  • Experience with ManyChat and Go High Level (bonus but not required).
  • A strong understanding of the media/PR space is beneficial.
  • Experience managing/hiring and guiding a marketing team to work with you to achieve set KPIs.
