We are currently seeking an innovative problem solver to join our expanding Paid Media Team as a Media Buyer, Paid Social. This role is pivotal in developing and executing strategies aimed at maximizing performance, reach, and customer acquisition through self-service paid social media platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving our quarterly revenue and gross profit goals, making this a critical position within our organization. In this role, you will develop and implement scalable paid social media campaign strategies specifically for our listicle/advertorial and Financial Planning categories on major social platforms. You will manage monthly paid media budgets to ensure we meet our revenue and gross profit margin targets. Your responsibilities will include providing recommendations and executing strategies related to pricing, ad copy, campaign structuring, targeting, creative, and inventory management. You will also navigate compliance and targeting requirements to effectively promote our offers. Managing end-to-end paid social campaigns will be a key part of your role, which includes budget allocation, bidding, performance analysis, and optimization to ensure that KPIs are consistently met. Staying current with the latest trends and features on major social media platforms is essential, as is demonstrating proficiency in navigating algorithmic platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. You will be expected to communicate reporting, results, strategic initiatives, and growth opportunities effectively to the team, using data to guide decisions and actions that scale revenue and gross profit margin. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, design, content, and analytics, will be crucial to optimizing channel performance and achieving our goals.
