About the position

The Media Buyer Specialist at UCHealth is responsible for executing media strategies across traditional and digital platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement high-impact media campaigns that support business goals and optimize campaign performance for maximum return on investment (ROI).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team to evaluate media information and prepare media plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Prepare schedules, manage detailed budgets and ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Negotiate and purchase media space and time across various platforms, securing the best rates for advertising spend.
  • Support all media buys by managing estimates, loading avails and issuing insertion orders for approval.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Maintain strong relationships with media vendors, stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in media buying across traditional and digital channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of media buying experience, preferably in both traditional and digital platforms.

Nice-to-haves
