About the position

The Media Buyer Strategist Sr at UCHealth is responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring internal media strategies and planning. This role serves as the lead media account manager for the internal marketing team and external agency partners, ensuring effective media buying across traditional and digital channels to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership for the development and execution of media strategy, planning, and buying across all channels.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define campaign goals, objectives, target audiences, budgets, and KPIs.
• Provide mentorship to the team to deliver innovative, results-oriented campaigns.
• Oversee media buying processes to ensure optimal placements and cost-effective investments across media platforms.
• Utilize data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Foster strong relationships with media vendors and internal teams for seamless communication and collaboration.
• Manage campaign implementation, including creative rotations, tracking updates, and ensuring on-time media activations.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 5 years of media planning or buying experience.
