About the position

The Media Buyer Strategist at UCHealth is responsible for developing, executing, presenting, and monitoring internal media plans for assigned campaigns. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate media data and develop strategic media plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Utilize media research, audience insights, and data analytics to craft the most effective media mix for both traditional and digital campaigns.
  • Analyze demographic data and consumer profiles to target audiences with precision across various media markets.
  • Plan, negotiate, and purchase media space and time, securing the best rates for advertising spend.
  • Manage all media buys, including estimates, availabilities, and insertion orders, ensuring compliance with internal approval processes.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using advanced analytic tools, identifying key areas for improvement and optimizing campaigns accordingly.
  • Prepare campaign schedules and manage detailed marketing budgets to ensure alignment with overall strategies.
  • Provide actionable performance reports to key stakeholders and contribute to data-driven decisions to optimize ROI.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with media strategies and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (preferred).
  • 4 years of media planning or buying experience.
