About the position

The Media Buyer at Symple Lending is responsible for driving growth through effective multi-channel media buying strategies. This role involves developing and implementing advertising campaigns, monitoring performance, and optimizing strategies to maximize reach and return on investment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both digital and traditional media landscapes, and will work collaboratively with internal teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advertising campaigns across various platforms, including paid social, paid search, and programmatic advertising.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to optimize campaign performance.
• Manage campaign budgets and bids to ensure maximum return on investment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategy and coordinate with direct mail efforts and call center initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Provide weekly reporting and insights on campaign performance, and make recommendations for future campaign optimizations.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

Requirements

• Experience working in the fintech industry or a high-growth environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or data visualization tools.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex data and insights.
