This position is essential for ensuring that media buys run smoothly and deliver as planned, with a strong emphasis on timely and accurate billing and budget management. The Analyst will be responsible for leading all aspects of campaign activation, particularly in areas such as OTT, digital, and social media programs. This role requires a proficient understanding of media activation, verification, and trafficking/reporting platforms, including Prisma/MediaOcean, MBox, DCM/CM, and MOAT. In this position, the Analyst will manage various inputs and processes, including vendor insertion orders, fee tracking, end-of-month delivery reports, billing, and resolution of discrepancies. The Analyst will also assist with audits and reporting needs, while maintaining regular communication with Supervisors and Associate Directors to keep them informed on important project updates. Elevating issues and opportunities as needed is also part of the role, ensuring that tasks are executed with the highest level of quality and efficiency. Financial stewardship is another critical aspect of this role, where the Analyst will partner with the Supervisor to ensure accurate billing each month. This includes managing vendor billing, which encompasses insertion orders, monthly billing reports, and reconciliation of discrepancies. The Analyst will ensure that Prisma inputs are accurate and aligned with authorizations and planned budgets. Additionally, the Analyst will prepare and deliver trafficking requests that adhere to agreed-upon processes and timelines, update status documents and project trackers, and support the Supervisor with various deliverables such as campaign builds, taxonomy compliance, and budget management. The role also involves managing traffic requests with partners and internal investment and media teams, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of audit deliverables, and overseeing the delivery of buying and digital trafficking specifications to key partners. The Analyst is expected to share ideas and solutions for process improvements and work alongside internal teams to develop best practices and enhancements.
