About the position

The Media Buyer at RC Willey Home Furnishings is responsible for overseeing and managing video, search, and audio advertising campaigns across various platforms. This role involves developing advertising strategies, managing vendor relationships, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The position requires a proactive approach to optimize campaigns based on data analysis and market trends, contributing to the company's overall marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee video, search, and audio campaigns across platforms, ensuring timely execution and resolving any issues.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiating media slots and ensuring campaign goals and deadlines are met.
  • Develop and refine advertising strategies, collaborating with internal teams for smooth execution and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide post-campaign reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage budgets, approve invoices, and ensure timely invoicing processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business strategies and drive results.
  • Continuously optimize strategies based on analysis and market trends.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising or related fields, including internships or practical projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with Strata, SBNS, and advertising platforms is a plus.
  • Familiar with digital marketing trends and tools, with the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, with strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certifications in digital marketing are a plus but not required.
  • Experience with Strata, SBNS, and advertising platforms is a plus.
