About the position

The Media & Content Developer for Sales Enablement at Western Digital is responsible for creating engaging video and graphic content to support the Global Sales Enablement organization. This role involves collaborating with various teams to produce training materials, product advertisements, and other creative assets that enhance the sales process. The position requires a strong storytelling ability through videography and graphic design, as well as proficiency in using industry-standard software.

Responsibilities

• Create videos and graphics to support the Global Sales Enablement organization.
• Direct, shoot, and edit videos for various stakeholders including executives and customers.
• Learn business fundamentals of storage technologies and convey them through creative assets.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects with teams such as Sales, Support, Marketing, and HR.
• Drive the end-to-end video production process including pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Build or edit PowerPoint presentations.
• Support ad-hoc editing requests.
• Create logos, templates, and other brand-focused elements.
• Track all work using Jira project management software.
• Manage the team's studio equipment.
• Travel domestically for onsite filming and team building.
