About the position

Rotolo Consultants, Inc. (RCI) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Media Content Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, website management, and proposal writing. As a Media Content Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our brand presence, enhancing our digital footprint, and crafting compelling proposals to support our business development efforts. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that all content aligns with our strategic goals and effectively communicates our value proposition to clients. In this position, you will develop and implement social media strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth. You will create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms, while also monitoring and responding to interactions to foster a positive community. Additionally, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the company website, ensuring that content is current, accurate, and engaging. This includes collaborating with designers and developers to enhance the website's design and functionality, as well as implementing SEO best practices to improve visibility and search rankings. Another key aspect of your role will be proposal writing, where you will research, write, and edit compelling proposals and RFP responses. You will collaborate with different departments to gather necessary information and insights, ensuring that all proposals are tailored to meet client needs. You will also maintain a library of proposal templates to streamline the development process and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality submissions. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of RCI through effective media content management and strategic communication efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering a positive community and adding value to the user experience.
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet KPIs and goals.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices, applying them to enhance our strategies.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and engaging.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to update website design, functionality, and user experience.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search rankings.
  • Monitor website analytics and performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize user engagement and conversions.
  • Manage content updates, product launches, and promotional campaigns on the website.
  • Research, write, and edit compelling proposals, RFP responses, and other business development materials.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and insights for proposal content.
  • Ensure all proposals are tailored to the client's needs and highlight the company's value proposition and strengths.
  • Maintain a library of proposal templates and standard materials to streamline the proposal development process.
  • Manage proposal timelines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality submissions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media management, website management, and proposal writing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Proficient in website management tools and CMS (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
