About the position

The Media Inside Account Executive is responsible for selling media services products to both new and existing customers through various communication channels, including outbound calling, email, and video conferencing. This role focuses on developing and nurturing customer relationships while providing a consultative sales experience. Ideal candidates are motivated by monetary goals and have a strong background in digital advertising sales.

Responsibilities

• Sell media services products to new and existing customers through outbound calling, email, and video conferencing.
• Develop and grow new customer relationships by providing a consultative sales experience.
• Utilize knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies to assist customers effectively.
• Maintain and create customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing or a comparable field.
• Possess or obtain certifications such as Google Ad Certified, Facebook Ad Certified, and SemRush Certified within the first year of employment.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook, Google Analytics, and SEMrush.
• Understanding of the consultative selling philosophy.
• Ability to create marketing strategies related to digital marketing.
• Familiarity with key measurement tools for digital marketing effectiveness.
• Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take initiative and generate results.
