About the position

We are seeking a dedicated publisher-side campaign manager to join our PC Media Network advertising team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing revenue from our ad inventory. Your responsibilities will encompass planning, executing, and measuring campaigns across various channels and platforms. You will also be responsible for interfacing with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of our advertising initiatives. As a campaign manager, you will work closely with the business development team to identify and prioritize potential advertisers. Understanding their goals and use cases will be essential as you manage the campaign creatives and copy. You will also be tasked with allocating and managing ad inventory across different channels, governing sensitive inventory policies, and planning the regional rollout of campaigns. Experimentation will be a key aspect of your role, as you will design and run experiments to test different campaign parameters, such as target audience segments, frequency, and channels. Measuring the impact of these experiments on revenue and user experience will be critical to your success. Additionally, you will track and analyze the performance of campaigns using attribution models and other methods, identifying the drivers of both positive and negative outcomes. Reporting will also be a significant part of your responsibilities. You will prepare and present reports on campaign performance to internal stakeholders and external partners, highlighting key insights and recommendations to drive future campaign strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of online advertising platforms, channels, formats, and metrics.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
