About The Position

The Media Project Coordinator at Syneos Health is responsible for supporting day-to-day project management tasks across the agency, ensuring the execution of client and strategic objectives. This entry-level position involves assisting in the management of timelines for multichannel projects, collaborating closely with internal teams, and maintaining project workflows under the guidance of a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, advertising, communication, or finance.
  • Previous project management and project planning experience is a plus.
  • Computer proficiency required, with experience in MS Suite (Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint), Acrobat Professional, and Wrike being advantageous.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with others in a team environment under tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, reliable, and a team player.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Assist with routing projects through the agency from implementation to execution stages.
  • Create timelines for the development of multichannel projects with oversight from PM/SPM.
  • Balance agency/client needs and consult appropriate team members for input/approvals of proposed timing scenarios.
  • Support adherence to project timelines by working with the team to meet milestone dates for project completion.
  • Update timelines and status documents for agency and client as needed.
  • Perform administrative oversight of projects via planning, financial, and digital asset management systems.
  • Route projects through the digital routing system to ensure they stay on task and on time.
  • Maintain and archive a clean historical record of project workflow.
  • Schedule and assist SPMs/PMs in facilitating internal status meetings and reviews.
  • Keep teams informed of all project status and next steps via daily status documents and planned or ad-hoc meetings.
  • Advocate and champion agency processes.
  • Develop strong and positive working relationships with discipline leads and project stakeholders.
